Wawee Bistro: New Year New Concept

Leelawat Mankongtiphan, Chef Nan, proprietor and operator of Cuisine de Garden, has join forces with Wawee Bistro. As the new head chef at Wawee’s flagship bistro located near Thapae Gate. This new partnership will position Chef Nan as the artistic force behind the latest menu and concept. His courses are a perfect fit for Wawee Bistro’s belief in using real ingredients.

Wawee has always pushed for using local and sustainable ingredients as is evident with their coffee. Chef Nan, on his part, has perpetually sourced his ingredients from the Royal Project farms and local producers. As an enthusiastic nature lover and as a chef he prefers to use the freshest ingredients to compose his courses.

Working in gourmet restaurants for most of his culinary career, he perceives the bistro as a culinary trial that will test not only his skills and but his understanding of food. We can expect an inkling of Fine Dining and a quality mouthwatering brand-new menu in Wawee Bistros immediate future.
