Savour the resort’s sweet ambiance over a delectable Thai set menu specially created with romance in mind and served to you in an enchanting Thai sala pavilion in the garden.

Comprising starters, soup, main courses and dessert in the classic Thai style, the evening meal starts with chef’s finest appetisers of: shrimp cakes with Chinese plum sauce; spicy pomelo salad with chicken and; sweet and sour crispy noodles with prawns served in a rice cup. Plus spicy soup with sea sass and hot basil leaves, followed by spicy green curry with chicken in coconut milk, fried prawns with garlic, stir-fried sweet and sour pork, and wok-fried asparagus and Shiitake mushrooms with oyster sauce.

A delicious dessert of sweet banana in coconut milk served with coconut ice cream concludes a thoroughly delightful dinner.
